Part 1. Development Progress of InterValue.
1. Project Progress
(1) Full-node development: we completed the node adding and exiting mechanism, the development of the local full-node adding and shard management function, ran network tests and optimizations.
(2) Local full-node development: we completed the development of the transaction sub-database function, the implementation of the consensus data snapshot mechanism, ran tests and optimizations.
(3) Light Node 3.0: we completed system and regression tests, further tests are ongoing.
(4) Light node 3.1 news function: we completed the UI design and development plan review, completed 60% of the function development.
(5) Light node 3.2 chat function: we ran technical solution verification tests.
(6) Smart Contracts: we completed the discussion on preliminary design plan of smart contract module and other modules in the MainNet.
(7) Cross-chain: we discussed and determined the cross-chain operations design. Next step we will discuss the preliminary design of the cross-chain module and other modules in the MainNet.

Part 2. Strategic Cooperation.
1. Blockchain Revolution in Chinese Retail -- InterValue and OSA Reach a Strategic Cooperation
On October 16, 2018, OSA DC officially announced a partnership with InterValue. The agreement is focused on two main problems of the Asian retail market: transparency and reliability. Since InterValue will become an International public chain, its strong technological strengths will create a perfect ecosystem with OSA. In addition, InterValue and OSA are signing a business development agreement to enhance OSA marketplace, as well as OSA marketplaces B2B and B2C applications. OSA DC CEO Alex Isaiev comments: "Without a doubt, InverValue can help OSA solve trust and data sharing problems in the retail industry, and achieve a new model of retail operation."
2. We cooperated with several major exchanges and implemented the technical issues.
Part 3. Media Activities.
1. InterValue to Participate in Panel Discussions on “Blockchain Commercial Applications”in Urumqi
As a special guest of the “Silk Road Dream Tour”, InterValue will be in Urumqi on October 20th to participate in a panel discussion and conference with the theme of “Blockchain Commercial Applications”. InterValue’s founder and CEO -- Dr. Barton Chao, will give a presentation to introduce the multiple applications of blockchain technology. He will be accompanied by Professor Jiang Xinwen, Head of the Blockchain Research Institute of China’s National University of Defense Technology. They will provide detailed tutorials and share information on technical issues and application scenarios in the blockchain field. During this event, InterValue will join hands with traditional industry entrepreneurs to discuss the application and development of blockchain. InterValue aims to build a prosperous ecosystem around the One Belt One Road initiative.
2.The Linker reported the article "Blockchain Ecosystems: The Best Is Yet to Come – Building a System Where Everybody Wins ". It introduced InterValue's blockchain ecological layout, a number of media reprinted.
3.The Linker reported the article "Enterprise Executives Enter the Blockchain, Jump Is ‘Pit’ or ‘Slot’”. It introduced InterValue’s team members, a number of media reprinted.
Part 4. The Historical Process of InterValue.
(1) In August 2017, Barton Chao envisioned the positioning, vision, and functionality of InterValue.
(2) From September to October in 2017, InterValue created a team and refined the functions.
(3) In November 2017, InterValue created the R&D team and began to write a white paper and a development plan.
(4) In January 2018, InterValue completed the first draft of the Chinese and English white papers.
(5) From February to March in 2018, InterValue completed Chinese and English white papers from InterValue 1.0 to 4.0.
(6) In April 2018, the InterValue v1.0 testnet was completed and put into practice.
(7) In May 2018, the development of the InterValue v2.0 testnet was launched.
(8) In June 2018, the InterValue v1.0 testnet wallet Demo was launched.
(9) In June 2018, the InterValue v2.0 HashNet consensus mechanism was verified.
(10) In June 2018, the InterValue v2.0 exceeded a million TPS.
(11) In June 2018, the InterValue 2.0 testnet launched the world’s first local full-node, light-node alpha test.
(12) In July 2018, InterValue launched its first bounty program.
(13) In August 2018, the InterValue 2.0 testnet was awarded the TPS performance testing report and testing certificate issued by China Telecommunication Technology Labs.
(14) In August 2018, InterValue’s Chinese and English white papers are updated from 4.0 to 4.5.
(15) In August 2018, InterValue officially released the INVE ERC20 Token.
(16) In August 2018, InterValue team officially established the Xiangjiang Blockchain Research Institute.
(17) In August 2018, InterValue officially established Blockchain Security Division.
(18) In September 2018, InterValue officially got its INVE token listed on FCoin.
